We're looking for an individual helping women to achieve their career and life goals to honor with our annual Mentor of the Year Award.

As part of our annual Bizwomen Mentoring Monday speed mentoring event, the BBJ will be awarding one Mentor of the Year award.
The non-gender specific Mentor of the Year will be honored for their record of generosity in time and attention in helping women to achieve their goals in business and in life.
Please help us in our search for an outstanding mentor by nominating candidates using the form below. Tell us in 500 words or less why your nominee stands out. Once nominations close, the BBJ staff will select the winner and reveal them online within the following two weeks. The honoree will be highlighted in the Mentoring Monday special section and during the event.
Nominations close on Jan. 6, 2023. The event will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023.
To be eligible, nominees must be a Greater Baltimore professional based in either Baltimore City, or Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, Harford and Howard counties. Nominees with repeat submissions will have no advantage over those with one nomination. The selection process is not swayed by the number of nominations an individual receives.
