The primary goal in our process is for the candidate and the organization to have total clarity around whether or not a great fit exists. Our process is not designed for speed; it is designed for effectiveness through thoroughness and collaboration.

An overview of our process:

  • Initial Phone Screen - To determine a basic fit, i.e., commute, travel, basic technical competency, compensation, etc.
  • Cultural Interview - To determine if our values are in alignment with the candidate's.
  • Technical Interview - To determine the degree of the candidate’s ability to fill the technical needs of the role.
  • Expectations Meeting - To provide the candidate clarity regarding all facets of the role and the organization, thereby affording the best opportunity to make a great decision.
