At first impression, stepping off the elevator and into to Clearview Group’s bright and open reception area, employees and visitors get a glimpse of what the entire space has to offer. Team members and guests are immediately drawn to the company’s vibrant multicolored logo afixed to a custom mill work wall with funky furniture accents and decorative glass to compliment the look.

Many employees within the firm particularly enjoy the headquarters’ expansive “Grit & Grind” lounge and pantry area for team lunches, meetings and happy hours. Complete with a fully stocked beer and wine fridge, Grit & Grind boasts a grand marble island counter space full of complimentary groceries and features a dart board, ping pong table, pool table and 7 large screen TVs displaying sports, news and stock market updates daily. In addition to being a favorite destination for the firm’s employees, this space has proven invaluable as a venue for entertaining clients, prospects and recruits.

The firm has recently made a significant investment into the office building by almost doubling in footprint in the last 12 months to over 31,000 square feet. Months of careful planning prior to the new buildout produced a fresh and energized new look and feel for the CPA and Management Consulting firm’s home base in early 2020.

Leadership of the firm wanted to ensure that the new office space reflected the company culture and supported our plans for future growth. By mixing various unique media and incorporating adventurous visuals throughout the space, the goal was to create an environment that would leave employees feeling inspired and hope that each has a sense of pride knowing where they work offers a remarkable atmosphere.

As part to the renovation, Clearview Group also added collaborative huddle rooms with whiteboard walls, felt wall accents and fun activity filled spaces, including a golf simulator room - outfitted with the software capability to play virtually at any course on the PGA Tour.
