We provide opportunities for our team to volunteer with charitable organizations throughout the year, along with hosting Lunch-N-Learns about the causes we’re passionate about. NewWave also offers Paid Volunteer Time Off (PVTO) and Gift Matching, so everyone has an opportunity to be involved.

How we handle flex-time and telecommuting

At NewWave, we operate in a ‘Virtual-First’ environment as we push the boundaries of data science to transform the future of healthcare information technology. Virtual-first means that all business operations are remote; however, there may be on occasion an expectation for staff to attend an in-person meeting for essential business needs and/or customer commitments. In Maryland, team members have the option to schedule in-person working sessions or client meetings at the NewWave Collaboration Center, located at 2270 Rolling Run Drive, Windsor Mill, MD 21244.
