How we handle flex-time and telecommuting
There are options for all employees for flexible scheduling, 100% remote work, as-needed telecommuting and recurring day telecommuting. Collaborative technology tools are provided to facilitate remote work (Zoom, Confluence, TargetProcess, Intranet, etc.) 100% remote workers are given telecommunication allowance.
