Our companies have been through a massive amount of change over the past five years, including the partnership between DRB Systems and Unitec. Most recently, we aligned under the DRB brand with Unitec now being identified as DRB In-Bay Solutions. With all this change, our main cultural initiative is to create a cohesive culture that prioritizes the engaged collaborative environment both companies have cultivated over the past four decades. We strive to give each employee a voice and encourage their engagement at all levels. We maintain our family-friendly, healthy environment with monthly snack days, an annual chili cookoff, opening day (baseball) gathering and on-site health coaching.
